Breakfast & Book Fair
Earlier this week the PTA sent home these invitations for the kids to give to their parents inviting them to Breakfast and Book Fair this morning. So Jacey invited Steven....and only Steven :( I have started to resign myself to the fact that she is becoming more of a Daddy's Girl the older she gets. Steven asked me if that bothered me and I replied, "I birthed that head! Of course it bothers me!" Of course I was joking...kinda. So as Friday approached Jacey took pity on me and said I could come too. So I tagged along, but only to take pictures of their special morning.

We had our book fair today as well! Except we were asked to come eat lunch with him just so they can bug us to buy books for our kids!! I obviously have a different outlook don't I? Like the kid doesn't have enough books already. Anways... it might as well be breakfast time because Caleb eats lunch at 10:55, that is usually when I'm eating my second breakfast for the day. So I bring him taco bell and he doesn't even want to eat he's so excited about the book fair. We go to the book fair and of course he wants all the 6th grade comic books and I'm like,"What about these Reader 1 books??" Finally we compromise on two books, then I have some parent helper saying, "Have you seen this book, it's really neat." She continues to read this book to Caleb. Seriously??? I was almost out of there!! So we recompromise and end up adding on a ridiculous money eraser, that I'm sure he has already forgotten about! I did go back and get one of those comic books as a stocking stuffer though. It was sweet that you captured such cute pictures from your day!!
