What a Feelin'!

I recently made a personal committment to myself...to get in shape and lose the rest of my baby weight and tone up (yes, I said baby weight...and YES she is 3 years old...hush!). When I got pregnant with Jacey I was 108 pounds; and I have NO intention of getting that thin again! 5'7" 108 pds and size 0....I looked like I had an eating disorder...no thanks! I know that thin, waif, unhealthy look is back (i.e Lindsay Lohan and Nicole Richie) but I want some meat on my bones (and so does my honey..hehe).

So back to my committment and goals...I started at 130 pds, size 4; but not toned...nor healthy. At the end of week #1 I was 128.5 pds. So, today was week #2 of my new plan. And man did I have a GREAT workout...that feeling is a personal high for me...I live off of that feeling all day to motivate me. I did a 30 min, 2 mile high impact walk at varying inclines (burned about 200 calories) and then ran my mile in 11 min (125 calories). Then did 30 minutes of abs weight training.

My ultimate goal is 120 pds (although if I do tone up I think I might be back at 130 just because muscle weighs more than fat) and toned.

I know most of you could care less about me blogging about my nasty sweaty workouts...but I get discouraged easily, and in the past I maintained my weight in very unhealthy ways...so by blogging it I feel more accountable.

Please, like I want to read about your weight loss when I am six months pregnant! Lol, I'm just jealous! Don't worry sister, I'll be right there "sweatin to the oldies" with you by the end of February!

I don't want to hear about either one of you! Even at 6 months pregnant you're still lighter than me!!!
