Ok, so I didn't do too hot on my first week of Pick 'Ems. I was 8-2; not bad...but I was voted freakin' BRICK OF THE WEEK! I demand a recount! But on a positive note, at least I made the Results Email, Steven wasnt mentioned once. No such thing as bad publicity!
Brick of the Week
This honor will weekly go to the individual who simply makes a pick that stands out as head and shoulders above the rest for its blatant ability to cause me to say "do what" when I see the pick. Some weeks that will be easy. Others, not so much. Typically those picks will get you the BOTW or the POTW depending upon how far out on that limb you are willing to climb before it may break with you on it. This week the distinction is shared by three individuals. Those individuals have been drinking the kool-aide from Stinkwater in OK. They felt like the hype coming out of Cowboy camp was worth the pick of the Cowboys to roll into Athens and secure a win over Georgia. Well, that didn't happen. Therefore, Ms. Jessica "It's a Girl Thang" Leija, Mr. Gene "Can I get a do-over please?" Strode, and Mr. Brian "Blame it on the Plane" Mashburn get the BOTW. Enjoy folks ;)

Brick of the Week isn't a good thing! But hey at least you didn't pick the ponies over Tech because you live in Dallas or some nonsense like that!
