This afternoon I was upstairs designing my business cards and the doorbell rang. I answered the door and there I met Mona Brown. She was with a program called True Vision that assists in turning peoples lives around. Mona was 34 years old and a single mother of 3 from New Jersey. She was a single mother because her husband was shot 3 months ago leaving her a widow. Mona was a high school dropout and had been a stay at home mom while her husband worked as a truck driver; and in one quick moment her life changed. She found herself a single mother of 3 with no job, no education and no skills. She had lost hope. She turned to God and went to church, and it was through her church that she was introduced to True Vision. She is down here with her program selling magazine subscriptions. Along the way they are teaching her career skills. She is incredibly homesick and in so much pain right now; not only is she grieving the loss of her husband but she is separated from her children.
Normally I do not purchase things without talking to Steven first, but I truly felt that I was introduced to Mona today for a reason. I purchased 2 magazine subscriptions and the neatest thing happened. My 2 selections gave her just enough points to earn her a cell phone. When we did the math and added up the points she started to cry and hugged me...tomorrow is her son's 15th birthday and now she will be able to call home and give him the great news that they can call her anytime they want! As she was leaving, she gave me the biggest hug and told me "You just helped save a persons life; you are an angel."
In 30 quick minutes I met someone who I will always be praying for; Ms. Mona Brown.

How do you know this is not a scam. This company Tru vision from VA is not a registered company. If you note - they only have a PO box in the receipt. A guy just showed up at my door claiming the same thing. If I were you - I would cancel the check and watch your credit and identity.
