Yesterday after dropping of Gabby from her long weekend stay with us, Jacey and I decided to hit the large Antique Mall where the Denton Factory Outlets used to be. I have really begun to enjoy antique shopping which is surprising to me. Growing up, Mom and Dad would take us on family vacations, and we would antique our way through Colorado...we hated this as kids. But now I just love looking for the perfect item for our home. Jacey really enjoyed our little stop; she found a Christmas gift for her Gigi and I found an old stand-up dressor mirror for $11 and a cast iron Fleur-de-Lis finial for $8. We had a great time and at the end Jacey said we should start calling our Antique shopping "Treasure Hunting". We hope to go again soon!

Cute! Not something I am into...at least not yet. I think I inherited Mom's geneology gene so if you want to look for "old crap" you can have that gene! Love you!
