In case you missed my previous blog, as we were decorating the Christmas tree Steven had a great suggestion. I should blog an ornament each day until Christmas and tell why it's a favorite of mine.

For my first entry I chose my I <3 New York ornament. For those of you who do not know our story, Steven proposed to me on a carriage ride in Central Park on September 10, 2004. We picked up this ornament in a shop off of Times Square to hang on our Christmas tree as a memory of this joyous time in our lives. It is definitely one of my favorite ornaments as it symbolizes so many things for me. Our love and commitment to each other and the start of our lives together.
